Following a summer re-fresh, the award-winning fine dining restaurant, J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician, unveiled a more contemporary look — as well as new seasonal food and drink menus — on September 11, 2018.
Inspired by the dramatic desert landscape just beyond J&G’s famed floor-to-ceiling window walls, the stylish interior features new flooring, furnishings and decor, including a striking glass teardrop chandelier suspended over the lounge’s rich red onyx stone bar-top. With refinished fire pits, expanded seating on modern “string” chairs and the addition of ceiling fans, the scenic outdoor patio has also been transformed, serving as a year-round alfresco dining destination.
New menu items such as the Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, Rack of Lamb and Alaskan King Crab Legs are matched by innovative twists on a variety of cocktail classics, such as the Fiery Mandarin, a spicy take on the traditional Cosmo.
